I’ve also found it really helpful to find friends on my wavelength , sounds obvious I know! Most of my friends are neurospicy as I have adhd so I always know what they are thinking as they are direct and also understand if I am unorganised / slow replying / say something that could seem “too direct” - so I never have to worry I’m being judged 😆 There’s a book called “how to talk to anyone about anything” which is a good read x
Trusting that if people judge you they probably aren’t the people you want as friends anyway. So they are putting themselves in the bin 🚮. Value yourself and remind yourself why you would be a good friend for someone ❤️
