Echogenic bowel
Baby showed echogenic bowel at 20 week scan appointment. I've been referred for further investigations to fetal medicine unit. At first it was pretty scary, but now we are trying not to worry too much until we get more information. Anyone had any similar experience before? Thanks

My son had an echogenic bowel, got referred for another scan and showed nothing… he was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 6weeks old x

I’ve had this in my last pregnancy I had 2 extra scans with FMU and blood work but everything was was fine and it was just down to my baby swallowing blood
