I gave birth at York hospital in January. Honestly nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience, even after having to have an emergency C section. All the staff were lovely and super helpful.
I was concerned too but gave birth in July and it was such a positive experience. All the midwives/ doctors were so lovely and knowledgeable and felt very looked after postnatally too. Feel free to message me if you have any specific questions

I'm currently pregnant and haven't had the birth experience however I've been in the maternity ward for 3 days due to hyperemesis and they were great. Midwives were so lovely and it made me feel reassured to give birth there.
