Toilet training
My daughter has just turned 4 but still isn’t potty trained. She knows when she needs to wee/poo and will mostly go to the toilet for a wee but refuses to do a poo on the toilet. If she ever does wet she wants changing instantly. She just absolutely refuses to go nappy free and will not wear knickers at all. I’ve tried everything. I don’t know what to do. She starts school in September

Do it with her, sounds hilarious but to get my LO to potty train(poop not wee) I would ask her if she needs a poop regularly and then go sit on the toilet same time as her on the potty and act like I’m going so she goes 😂 eventually she would as me “mama need a poopoo?” And I’d say no baby but you can go alone quickly and she would 😭😂

Have you ever tried to put her in pants for an hour or so? I know it's hard when they throw tantrums, but I'd probably start with "hey, this week we start something new, you gonna wear pants for an hour each day". Make a timer and then put her back in nappies after an hour. At the beginning I'd only do it at home. And then slowly increase the hours on a weekly base.
