Google wonky winding the expert midwife. It sometimes works for us but not always also have trouble burping
One that I loved finding when my second was born was a dad who did what I can only affectionately call the gear shift. Sitting baby on your knee, supporting head and neck, and moving baby forward and back, side to side a bit, as if doing a figure 8 or a cross. When they get a bit older and you are a bit less worried about spitting up, we did baby accordion with my second as well, where we laid him on his back and scrunched his knees up to his chest and then flat out, and did that a few times. It was great for helping him to pass gas
Thank you all xx
I watched a video of a mum rubbing her baby’s back in the shape of a number 8 and he/she burped within seconds! Give it a try and see x
