Reach out to people on here and hopefully you hit it off, go for a walk with them with the babies . If you’re solo download free audio books through your library ( Libby / hoopla ) and go on a walk and listen to one : )
If it’s late at night I try and recognize that I’m just tired and go to sleep. If it’s during the day I listen to music

I read, garden, listen to music, dance. Most often all at the same time. None of these will fix your issues but it always boosts my serotonin levels. When all else fails, reach out to a friend.
