Maybe ask your pediatrician if sleeping on the stomach is a viable option for you? I know it’s not recommended but it used to be the standard. Definitely ask your pediatrician and don’t do anything you’re not comfortable with but it may help
We had this up until week 6/7 ish and only now has it suddenly changed, sometimes reflux is a bit of a waiting game but it will get better! You could try slightly tilting the next to me, giving around 30 mins after a feed etc but it can just sometimes be waiting it out but it will get better x
my LO who is 9 weeks now makes noises when she’s sleeping - often it’s due to wind and having not burped even when I keep her upright and rubbing her back for 20/30mins after a feed. I lay her slightly on her side - so if she burps and brings up milk she doesn’t choke. If she’s wiggling from trapped wind, laying on her side can also aid bring it up. I guess it’s all just trial and error and doing what you feel works best for you and baby. x
Bit off topic but one of my kids had horrendous reflux we never slept in a bed for almost 10 month. I had to sit up straight on sofa and place him on my shoulder so that his stomach was sort of pressed in to my shoulder. It slightly helped his pain. White noise helps most babies get back to sleep. X
