Track your periods with an app, I personally use Flo, ovulation tests like the lady said above. I was lucky and fell pregnant instantly with my second as I was tracking my periods and knew when I was ovulating. Also see if your partner can go get tested to see if he has plenty of swimmers still x
I was told by my GP it can take longer the second time so i wouldnt be too disheartened but like the other two ladies said ovulation tests worked a treat for my first and will do it again shortly to start teying for second x
Thank you, I've been tracking my periods for years and now also started to track my ovulation but it hasn't seemed to work for me yet. I'll consider vitamins for my partner and just keep trying. It's just disheartening when you're supposedly doing everything right during the fertile window and nothing is happening
I was told today average time to concieve for 2 healthy adults is 2 years x
@Charlie thank you x I'll keep my fingers crossed for this month. 3 months of trying just feels like a long time but reading what other people have to say, i guess it's not that long as lots have taken 6-10 months!
3months first time, 2nd pregnancy was a surprise but we lost at 12 weeks we conceived again 5 months after miscarriage. I kept reading about taking a cough medicine mucinex (American) I found a uk equivalent (I was desperate it was our last month of trying before postponing till after our wedding this September) apparently it thins cervical mucus making it easier for the sperm! I fell pregnant that month of taking it during fertile window! Can’t say it was or wasn’t that that helped off course could be coincidence! I now have a very healthy 4month old 😊
I’ve always tracked with Premom and clear blue ovulation tests too when trying x
Ovulation tests, folic for you vitamins for your partner. Took us 6 months the second time
