Rear facing car seat info

Has anyone got any simple resources I can send my parents about how much safer rear facing car seats are? If I send lots of info I doubt it’ll get read so maybe just a facts poster. They’re more worried about his legs being cramped 🙈 and they’ve come from a generation where car seats weren’t a thing.
