Vitamin D drops

I keep forgetting her vitamin D drops and it’s making me feel so awful 😞 I’m finding it so hard to juggle to remember everything with 2 under 2 and from 8am to 6pm I’m all alone with no help and after that it’s dinner and bedtime for them both 😞 If I forget in the mornings, it’s almost guaranteed that she won’t have it for the day and it seems the weekends are the main time I have chance to even remember 💔

i haven't given my son his since he was 4 weeks old...

You’re not alone . I forget sometimes as well☹️

Would setting a reminder on your phone help?

You can set an alarm on your phone and label it vitamin d drops and set it so it goes off every day at the same time.

I never gave my son his vitamin d or iron. I kept forgetting. He’s had blood work done a few times and his blood work came back perfect, so don’t stress too much

@Christina I do that with my prenatals and aspirins and still forget. 💀 I turn it off get up to do it and completely out the window 😅

Use to keep mine by the diaper changing table where I could see it so I would remember to give it every morning

@Kassidi there is an reminder already, but I’m just used to it popping up at this point 😣

@Bella that’s reassuring, she goes out in the garden a lot so I’m hoping that she is at least getting it there

I never gave my kids the drops. My pediatrician laid on the guilt but had no idea how much time we spent outside. Not once did he ask about sunscreen.... The kids are fine on both accounts.

It's not a problem if you forget once in a while. Just try to be as regular as you can. I have made a small station with a basket of my baby's diapers, medicines, lotions and creams. So whenever I change the diaper at that station I make sure to give my LO her regular drops.
