Whiny all the time?

Anyone else's newly 4 year old whiny like all the time? It's like over every little inconvenience, he immediately starts whining and crying 😩 i think he's learning it from my 2 year old because he's in that phase too 😩 They've both been having behavior problems recently and it's been so hard, i keep telling myself it's because baby #3 is due soon.
