Help! Is this possible?

So I’ve been TTC for a few months now and my period is now 2 weeks late this month (this is very unusual because my period ALWAYS comes!). I’ve been taking pregnancy tests every other day however they are all negative. I’ve had no sudden changes in my life for my period to not come and I don’t have much pregnancy symptoms other than light cramps. My cycles are around 40 days long but they still always come! I’m now CD59. Is it possible to have negative pregnancy tests even 2 weeks after a late period? I’m so anxious as to why my period hasn’t come!

Stress?

Could be the stress from you being anxious. Any new medication you’re taking? Have you rang your doctor to see if they can do a blood test to see what’s going?x

@Ellie-May I haven’t been stressed :(

Yh u need to ring doctor and explain like Julia said there do blood tests n see what's going on x

@Julia I wasn’t stressed before my period was late. I only started stressing until it was like a week late because I was wondering why it’s late. I haven’t taken any new meds or made any changes to my body. Everything has been the same so I’m not sure why my period hasn’t come :(

I was thinking is my body producing hcg later because I have long cycles therefore ovulate later? It’s so unusual why mine hasn’t come because I haven’t missed a period in over a decade !

Ring your GP if you’re from the UK and see if they can order some bloods to be done just to see what’s going on. The fact you started stressing a week after your period could’ve caused it to continue being late. Ring the doctors and in the meantime try a clearblue weeks indicator and see if that picks anything up as they often need high HCG levels x
