Why does my back hurt so bad?!

Is it just the fact my 18 m old now weighs 25 lbs? So every time I lift her I’m deadlifting 25 lbs. is it because I started introducing yoga into my life again? Is it my non bra- bras? Do I need to wear a push up bra for more support? Is it my mattress that has a sinking hole from me being a single mom who sleeps on one side and often sits there comforting my daughter? Am I old? Turning 31 this month. Make it stop! It hurts! Any advice for stretches or something?

I think it might be a bit of all of it. I do believe the yoga will help though

For me, it’s partly the heavy weight lifting when my baby got bigger but also I think I was putting extra strain on my back as pregnancy wrecked my abdominal muscles. Have been working on my core strength and that seems to be helping

My baby is 20lbs at 6 months and my back HURTS but mainly due to going to the gym every day. I find stretching helps massively. Child’s pose is a good one! Do you have tense legs? Back pain can also come from having tense legs xx

My babe is 22 pounds at 8 months I feel your pain girl.

Aww Heather this sucks! I have back pain often too. Is it your lower back? If it is, make sure you're using your legs to lift your little one (basically do a squat and then lift them), also if it's your lower back you may need to strengthen some muscles...do some "clam shells", and bridges. Those both seem to really help me
