Upping feeds
Baby is 2 1/2 weeks, but already on 5oz of milk. Noticing that when he feeds, he’s reluctant to burp and would rather aggressively search for the bottle again. He’s completely finishing every last little bit and then will scream afterwards as if he’s not content. I’m giving him breast to top-up, but not sure if this is for comfort as he will then fall asleep.
Should I be upping his feeds?

Have you spoke to your hv about it? Sometimes my lg will look for more but then won’t drink it and wants her dummy instead:)
Yes, we’re offering the dummy too. It’s not constantly, was just wondering whether anyone else was in the same situation! I know cluster feeding is common too so maybe that.. we’ll keep at it!🤣
My lg’s been drinking 5oz but then sometimes she will only drink 3 but more regularly🤣 it’s all so hit or miss isn’t it🙄 x
