Braxton Hicks

I’m 29+1, Just wondering if anyone else has had the same or thinks it’s normal! I’ve had constant, strong braxton hicks since yesterday with some cramping/stitch like pain round the bottom of my bump, I’ve had quite bad backache all day today too. I’ve had mild, irregular Braxton hicks since the 2nd trimester but this has been pretty constant since yesterday. Never had them with my 1st!
