Leaving a significant other

Would I be in the wrong if I left my bf n baby daddy? I’m 8 weeks postpartum and I caught my bf cheating on me. Mind you this isn’t the first time. He’s been cheating on me basically our whole relationship. He even gave me chlamydia while I was pregnant. After that he promised he’d change and I believed him and he was doing Well up until recently. I just don’t know if I can take it anymore.
