Hey ladies

I just had my very first c section ever last Tuesday this being my 8th baby and I got a question ….what are some other ways to make my stomach stronger and less painful with out using the belly band ??? seems like only time my pain eases up a little bit is only when I’m wearing my belly band it hurts soooo bad when I take it off I’m so new to this whole situation I had 7 vaginal births so it’s so uncomfortable to me and I don’t know wether things are normal or when to worry 🥹🥹🥹

It can be painful for quite a while. It’s different for everyone. I was in pain for a couple of weeks but discomfort for longer I know it’s probably hard with 8 kids but rest is the best thing x

I been resting as much as I can but with a newborn I tend to get up all through out the night to check on her in between feedings and changing

Set alarms to make sure you are taking your meds on time Stay mobile, laying in bed doesn’t help the healing. Being mobile little and often helps ease the pain Get out of bed by rolling on your side and pushing up with your arms, not your core for a few weeks Don’t compare yourself to others ❤️ every section is different, every body is different, every pain threshold is different, even every surgeon is different. Emergencies are rougher than electives too Your core will tighten up and strengthen after a few weeks, by the end of week 2/3 you’ll feel almost normal again

I was in horrible pain for probably 3-4 weeks. The belly band was the only thing that helped. I also slept in a recliner for awhile instead of in bed. Good luck mama you will feel better soon

Thank you I feel better then I did a few days ago but still got some pain
