How do I get my Boobs to perk up again?

I had a perfect 32B cup, they sat up I didn’t need a bra or anything, they became a triple D while pregnant, now after having the baby they have went back down but they are saggy and a lot of access skin. Please tell me what I need to do ?

A push up bra? Usually tho they do get alittle saggy. Or beast surgery.

Unfortunately it might only be surgery that gets them back up to your liking.

Try butterfly arm workout. There is this oil that’s suppose to help your breasts. I just saw a few reels on it over the weekend as I scrolled through IG. I just can’t remember what it was! 😩

Surgery or push up bra. I’m on the same boat 🥲 I had the cutest boobs, no bra necessary! I told my husband I’m getting surgery once we’re done having kids because I miss them 😭

Volufiline is supposed to help but I haven’t tried it. Just saw it on TikTok being used for filling hollowed eyes, but the tiktoker said it was developed for breasts initially.

Workouts!!

@Taylor I’ve tried them 🥹

@Liz 🥹🥹 Ima cry

@Liz I will definitely try this thank you!!!

I should add, this is used to increase volume, not lift. My guess for that it workouts or surgery

@Alyssa it’s definitely looking like surgery

Lift weights and work your arm and back muscles. This should help lift them. I also heard coconut oil over time can firm up loose skin

Nothing you can do lovely, this is a matter of nature and griavity lol. The only way to “perk” them back up would be to undergo invasive cosmetic surgery (reduction and augmentation). this happens to all women who give birth, even if you don’t breastfeed or pump.

Chest/arm/back exercises! Things like lat pulldown, butterfly exercises will help strengthen your chest and lift it! Don’t get me wrong you may not be exactly how you were pre-baby it does have a lot of longterm/permanent changes like excess skin from breasts fluctuating but it will definitely help give the area a “lift” don’t feel like you need to have to surgery in order to feel more comfortable! Start off with a few workouts a week and then re-evaluate! Also don’t be so hard on yourself, you’ve grown a whole ass person xx
