Spontaneous labour

If you had to be induced for your first pregnancy but was able to have a spontaneous labour the second time around at what week did that happen for you? Was it on or close to the week you were induced? Much longer? Before the week you were induced? I'm nervous on what to expect this time around. I am so grateful to be able to experience a spontaneous labour this time. I just dont know my bodies natural timeline given the first time I was induced. If it was earlier or later... by how much?

I was induced at 39 weeks for medical reasons. My second contractions started a few days before and I delivered at exactly 39 weeks again

I was induced with my first at 41 weeks. I went into spontaneous labour at 41 weeks with my second pregnancy. I was scheduled to be induced with the second as well and he decided to come a day before induction date.

@Tania same here! With my second, I made it to my induction date and ended up being 5 cm by the time I got to the hospital. We went through with the induction anyway, but I think I would’ve given birth within the next 24 hours regardless

Following. Was induced with my first at 37 had him 37+1 I’m currently 37+1 and ready to be doneeee lol

@Bella I was induced at 37 weeks as well! I'm jusg happy I get the choice this time around. Well given that everything stays as should be

Right!? Mine was for preeclampsia which I have no signs of this time so far so I’m holding out hope he comes when he wants this time and I don’t need induced 😭🤞🏻 we got this

@Bella Mine was the fact that my placenta decided to not want to do its job properly. So far my placenta is behaving! It best stay that way to lol We definitely got this!!

@Bella It was scary but I was lucky in my 37th week as well. So I at least had the comfort of baby being full term (early but full) preeclampsia is also scary!!! Im sorry you had to go through that

First I was induced at 40+10 Second I went into spontaneous labour at 40+3
