I got the Abena ones on amazon last time. They are huge, felt like I was wearing a nappy. But no leaks 😅

Tesco own massive ones. Were great. One of them inside a Tesco own disposable underwear. Cheap and did the job fine

Exactly the same as Samantha! I honestly rated the Tesco’s own brand ones much more than any of the expensive ones I’d panic brought!

Use disposable pants (always discreet or something) and put a pad inside that. Change the pad throughout the day like you would but then the pants will collect any over spill. I used them for the first two weeks and they were great. Just bin them at the end of the day xx

I got a FridaMom kit from boots which has disposable pants, pads, and the cold ice pack style liners too (the ones you snap and they’re instantly cold). It was probably a bit more expensive than supermarket own brand but it’s all in one easy box to shove in the hospital bag.
