I've seen many people say they're using the oatly barista edition oat milk, it's fortified with vitamins and minerals including calcium, iodine vitamin D
I was told that goats milk has very similar proteins to cow's milk so many with a dairy intolerance/allergy will react to it as well. So you might be right about needing to cut it out 🫠
Yes, I been using zinc cream from drought secret which has been good it slightly stops him itching and drys it out, then using the catraben ointment. Some days his skin is looking like it’s clearing but days like today one his arms has gone back to square one. 😫
I’ve used dove eczema lotion since day 1. I haven’t done nighttime routine in over a year and my husband doesn’t apply anything. My poor baby’s skin is suffering. I’m working on getting it back
Cows milk and goats milk has very similar proteins in it and may be causing the reactions so I’d cut it out and see how his skin gets on x
hmm, have you tried almond milk or oat milk? I've heard those can be good alternatives for little ones, but tbh, it might take a bit to see a difference in the skin. this is what the 'Heal App' mentioned… hope it helps! "It's great that you're being proactive about your toddler's diet and skin health. If you're considering alternatives to goat's milk, you might try unsweetened almond milk or oat milk, as they are often well-tolerated and can be good options for dairy-free diets. Additionally, coconut milk is another alternative that many find palatable. Since you've already eliminated dairy for three weeks and are still seeing skin issues, it might be worth considering if there are other allergens or irritants in his diet or environment. Have you noticed any other changes in his skin or behavior that might help identify the cause?"
Have you been applying anything to the skin? My son drinks almond milk like I do
