I’ve had similar experience as you did about 2 years ago I was about 4-5 weeks was heading out for dinner with my fiancé but had no abdominal pains I bleed for 2 hours then days later I was spotting but if you had really bad abdominal pain and blood clots coming out it could be a sign of miscarriage
I had this happened and am 19 weeks now.
You will continue to show “pregnant “ in a test for weeks even after giving birth so that’s not an accurate indicator of miscarriage. I really pray is not that, and I recommend you go to planned parenthood and tell them what’s happening, they will scan you and find out what’s going on. Aside from what people think, planned parenthood helps women in every step of pregnancy, is not just an abortion clinic.
@Jadie really!! Omg yess see everyone’s body is different I’m just scared because my other two pregnancies were not like this did you go back to the doctors?
Relax don't stress
@🇧🇧🇭🇹🇵🇷KiKi🇭🇹🇵🇷 thank you I appreciate it girl super scared
I bleed my entire pregnancy they never could figure out what it was because it would be done by the time I got to the Dr.
I stopped bleeding today I did research and it said to wait a week before retesting because it can be a false negative , that’s why I’m abit confused like am I not pregnant anymore? Cuz I was bleeding or idk what to think tbh I have an appointment next week to see what the OBGYN says but I guess it’s a waiting game due to me being too early
Like someone else said I also had a subchorionic hematoma. I was about 5 weeks when the bleeding started, it got pretty heavy and there were even clots. The SH showed up on ultrasound but had resolved by my 12 week scan. Everything went on to be fne with my pregnancy and currently holding my baby!
Light pink should not likely not be anything, I had that and went to the emergency room and they said it was normal. If you’re bleeding, red blood and it’s consistent then I would definitely be concerned.
@Destini please relax. I had heavier bleeding the night before (and afterwards too) I went to confirm my pregnancy at the doctors. I was crying the night before because I thought I miscarried. It was not true at all. When I talked to the nurse, she mentioned that the cervix is sensitive and can bleed easily especially if taking progesterone. I found when I relaxed, the bleeding lessened. Try not to do too much lifting or moving around too much.
Light pink or dark looking/brown blood is normal
It was light pink at first then it was abit dark now it’s gone
@Destini mine would come and go too. It wasn’t continuous like a period of that makes sense. And yes mine was as red at times too.

I also remember there being more blood if I wiped vs. What I saw on a panty liner. Like there wasn’t period like blood on the panty liner, it more so happened when I wiped, but I did have one or two that had some blood.
@Jadie thank you 🙏 I’m hoping I’m still pregnant I turned 5 weeks today so I have faith I’m ok
hey, I totally get why you're feeling worried, I’ve heard of a few people having light bleeding and everything turned out fine, but it’s always super stressful, just hang in there and keep an eye on it, sending you good vibes! here's what the 'Heal App' says.... "I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through this; it can be incredibly stressful. Light spotting, especially in early pregnancy, is not uncommon and can happen for various reasons, including implantation bleeding or hormonal changes. Since you've had a positive pregnancy test and the bleeding is light with minimal cramping, there is still hope, as many women experience similar situations and go on to have healthy pregnancies. It's essential to monitor your symptoms closely. If the bleeding increases or you experience significant pain, it would be wise to seek medical attention. Additionally, follow up with your healthcare provider as they suggested, especially around 5.6 weeks
I had bleeding at 6.1 weeks which turned out to be a sub chronic hematoma which sorted itself out. Unfortunately at this early stage, there isn’t much that can be done besides waiting for the next ultrasound to check for progression. Sadly, even with a confirmed miscarriage you will continue to get positive tests for some time due to the levels of HCG still in your blood. So doing pregnancy tests will likely only heighten your anxiety and not give you an actual answer. I’m so sorry you’re going through this and hope that you get a good outcome like mine 🤞🏽
