Contact naps

13m and still going strong. Grab them whenever you can. I noticed them drop off and decided to lean back into them. They are only little once.

My girl is 8.5 months and still contact naps. Good day sleep promotes good night sleep so I’m rolling with it until she decides she doesn’t want to anymore 🤷🏼‍♀️
