@Stacey honestly I’m not sure myself! We’re working with an urologist so we are hopeful even if that means an sperm extraction procedure

It looks like there is no morphology as well, so no moving sperm. I'm sorry you're going through that! Prayers sent!

@Incognito thank you love ! It’s very appreciated! I have faith that we will get through this

No worries we are going through unexplained fertility as well as working with a fertility clinic for our first: Sometimes I think it's better to have a clinical answer to not getting pregnant than it just not working. TTC isn't for the weak for sure!!

@Incognito definitely isn’t but With Christ any and everything is possible!

Amen to that!

I pray it all works out for you in Jesus name

@Susan amen sister! 🙏🏾

So it looks as though they haven't detected any sperm so have classified it as azoospermia which is why a lot of them are showing as N/A. Id this his first sample? If so then you definitely need to do a repeat test (though it takes 3 months or so for sperm to regenerate so you'll need to wait a bit). I'd be slightly concerned that they appear to have processed it outside of the maximum time range though and I'd want to understand if that has played any factor in the results. If the result does remain as azoospermia then they can do things like micro-TESE (dependant on the cause of the azoospermia) - where abouts are you based? As if in the UK there is an amazing urologist called Jonathan Ramsey that I highly recommend. Best of luck and hope it all works out for you x
