I have the VTech baby currently have 1 camera but u can add a second. Also expecting and will be buying a second soon
If has both monitor n app I love it quality is great only downside is monitor dies fast but not a huge con for us
We have a VTech monitor that has both the app and the physical monitor. I would never wake up for the notifications on my phone but I love having the app as back up or if my husband and I are in different rooms. We're also pregnant and I know they have a two camera version of ours. It was out of stock but they have a couple options from VTech that are comparable on Amazon. They're kind of pricey $200ish for the dual camera but it usually qualifies for a registry completion discount. Our original has held up great so far.
We have the Nanit. Expensive but worth it, it has a “split screen” feature so you can watch both kids at one time. My biggest gripe is that if someone comes over to babysit or watch, you need an iPad or something for them to watch your kids, otherwise they have to download the app to watch the kids. I don’t want someone to have the app and have access to the camera anytime they aren’t physically watching them

Honestly we already had the “blink” camera system so I just bought the blink mini and screwed it in above my daughters crib
We have the nanit and love it! Misconception is it just an app with notifications. I actually have it on all night! It plays in the background of your phone or you can use an iPad for it. (We do both). There’s a “night” setting so it can either dim and never lock your phone or you can lock your phone and still hear it!
