Never🙃, I'm literally busy with daily tasks from 6:30 am - 9 pm that I don't have the time for any extra exercise😆 now if you're talking about going non stop and not sitting all day then I guess it's all day.
I have a 2 year old so I consider that exercise
While the workouts have eased up a bit in terms of specifics- my 5k time is literally 5 minutes longer- I am still working out 5-6 days a week and absolutely loving it.
I feel like it’s different every week for me. Sometimes I can do a light workout a few days a week along with walking and other weeks (like this one) I can’t get the energy to even do much walking. I keep telling myself if I can do some workout, it will make labor and recovery easier though and that’s usually motivation enough!
