Crying

My baby boy is 7.5 months old, always been a colic and reflux baby. He has never been a good sleeper, never once slept through the night. For the past week he has been waking up around 3/4 am and crying non stop, there is nothing I can do to calm him. Usually the boob will do the trick but this time I have to wake him up, as he always has his eyes closed when he cries like this and walk around to settle him but still takes so long, I am struggling to understand what is going on. Any ideas ? We Co sleep

Hey .. my son is 2 years old now , still never slept through the night . I was in similar situation when he was under 1 , used to wake up 3-5 times every night and I had to rock him . I think breastfeeding and co sleeping sometimes make baby more sensitive towards mother and they keep waking up to drink and get comfort . For the crying part , he maybe teething . If you rock him to put him sleep in night , then he would want same rocking every time he wakes up . So maybe change the sleeping pattern, try patting him on his pillow or singing or ask Father to try putting him sleep in night. If he is teething you can give him some Tylenol to comfort him .

Okay I’ll try thank you

It's important to monitor any signs of discomfort or pain,
