My boy crawled fairly early just before 5m and we had a period before that where he was super loud and wingey on the floor. But I let him do it for as long as I thought was ok. He wasn't crying so I thought, yes he's frustrated but he's trying to figure it out so give him the time and space. It's super annoying to listen to but only took a couple of weeks
@Maddie yeah she can roll both ways and that's her usual way of moving around the room now. So when she gets frustrated she just rolls onto her side and moans. No I don't, I'll try and get one
@Charlie ok fingers crossed, yeah i do leave her to moan but my husband works nights and he's sleeping so I feel bad when's she constantly moaning too
@Caitlin ahh on we don't have a walker yet as didn't think there was much point as she's so far off but maybe I'll look at getting one, didn't think about using it for this
@Jenny my little girl for ages after learning to roll used that as her way of getting around. I suppose if your little one doesn’t want to go on her arms maybe they need strengthened up a little if she’s not confident enough on them? Just a thought! I totally get the moaning and whining does get to you😣Do you have space for like soft play toys? Like a foam wedge that could be used to strengthen her arms on an angle then be used when she starts pulling herself up on furniture?
@Maddie we we've got space, not sure what you mean by a foam wedge though, do you have a picture? She's been rolling for quite a while now, probably about 3 months

Oh another thing which really tipped him over to crawling actually was, just placing him over my legs. And then he was using both legs to like bounce/ bunny hop motion. And I think that helped his leg strength
I bought a couple toys that helped encourage our little girl - VTech crawl ball and a toy from Amazon that’s like a crab that goes side to side☺️ Is she rolling yet? I have a foam playmat and honestly my little girl when she was learning to roll/crawl was on it all day long. Do you have a video of what she does when you help her?
