If you don’t plan to BF maybe, just maybe you can. You’ll still leak milk through the piecing holes though even not BF. I kept my tongue, belly, and Isabella (clit) but my nipple rings I had to take out.

I did, I took them out the day my girl was born though. You might get some leaking still but if you aren’t breastfeeding it shouldn’t last for long

Keep in mind though if you keep them in, you should try to keep them super clean. Especially if you start leaking at any point, I was cleaning my piercings every 2 days because of the gunk from the colostrum around 20 weeks

If you keep them in I think getting longer, flexible bars will be best since your boobs are going to grow

I'm 23 weeks and took mine out last week because it wasn't looking as healthy as before, it started to be a bit uncomfortable with growing boobs, and mainly because I'm planning to BF and wasn't sure how long it would take to settle and heal/how quickly I'd start getting leaks. The piercing holes closed up almost completely after about a day 😱 I think I'd consider getting it redone at some point but for now I'm all about the comfort!

@Dai just adding I had to use pregnancy belly button bars and cut them to size since my nipples got bigger, nipple and belly button are usually the same gauge so it’s okay to use them for both💕

i kept mine until the week or a few days before i had my baby and haven’t gotten them redone as we’re trying for another and i’d rather until im done with kids

I removed mine due to the breast size increasing and the nipple discomfort but in hindsight a longer bar may have been a good solution.

I had a long bar still in from when I got it pierced (never changed it over) and my god the size of my boobs I nearly had to take it out because it was sore and irritated sometimes but I refused to as I was not going to get it repierced again so i persevered other than that I had no issues with it just when the milk came in and started leaking just make sure it’s all nice and clean☺️
