I dont know of this helps, my son was born at 24wks so I had to pump daily , I did this for 6months till he was ready to come home.... I literally stopped pumping all together, As even of you was to pump once a day your body will still try and create milk, So for me personally I just stopped, thankfully I didn't endure any painor anything As some woman can but yeah I just wanted to share my experience , good luck ! X

Yea I wish I can just stop like that but I clung up so bad it hurt

Maybe I’m not understanding but why would you wanna stop pumping ?

@Ta I haven't tried it i hear raw cabbage leaves help with the pain.....

I’m thinking the same. She uses the boobs as comfort of a night so I’m slowly reducing using the boob and giving solids and formula and my frozen breast milk. I feel guilty but I think it’s time.

@Leaha I’m having too much milk right now which it taking up space and I have nowhere to put it that why I’m planning to stop pumping

@Ta make cakes or biscuits etc with it

With my breastmilk???

@Ta yes breast milk is very nourishing for all

If you don’t want to stop pumping you could also look into donating or selling some milk If you want to stop I would suggest to start with reducing the time of each pump first, before eliminating a pump session all together

I was just planning to feed him off of my boobs instead of pumping
