4 Month Old Screaming During Everything Help Needed!

First-time mum here. My little girl is 4 months old, and lately, she’s been screaming during her feeds, tummy time, and even when we’re out for walks in her buggy. I try to distract her, but it only works for a second before she gets upset again or sometimes starts playing. I’m really not sure what to do anymore. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice?
