Unsettled baby

My baby is 6 months old, and the past few nights she has been waking up so much at night. She wakes up really upset but doesn’t want a bottle and turns her head away. She’ll fall asleep on me and as soon as I put her down she SCREAMS. She’s always slept in her bed and has spelt through the night since 4 months old. If I put her down she screams until she falls back asleep. I do pick her up and she does settle but I cannot hold her all night. I thought maybe teething but she had no red cheeks, I can’t feel or see anything on her gums at all and she’s fine in the day. She went to sleep at 7 and it is currently 12am and she has woken up 6 times incredibly upset already. Anyone have a suggestion of what this may be? She’s already been through a sleep regression a few weeks ago so I don’t think it’s that.

Forgot to add shes also fighting naps so much more than she usually does, and screams when I put her down for one of those too. She usually cries for about 2 minutes and goes to sleep for naps but now she’s absolutely bawling her eyes out before naps.

Seems we are in the same boat! Little one has been so clingy today would cry if put down but has finally gone down in his own bed! I put one of my old T-shirts under his mattress and it’s meant to help! He’s been asleep for 2 hours now so hopefully that’s it x

What are her wake windows like? How many naps a day is she taking? It could be overtired or under tired making it hard for her to sleep. My daughter always woke up more when her schedule needed adjusting.

@Danae Handley she’s awake 2hrs and naps for 30 minutes about 4 times a day maybe?

@Gemma I’ll try this thank you!
