yes, i had this with my baby. smell went away a couple of days later, never to return!
she hasn’t eaten fish no, but i took her to the doctors and there’s no sign of any infections and it’s slowly going down xx
A change of smell in urine can also mean dehydration, because other proteins in the urine become more concentrated than usual, maybe just give some extra fluid for the next couple of days?
Might be the iron in the milk. I formula feed and i tried my baby on bonya but had to change him because the smell of fish was so strong it made me feel ill! I googled it and it's the iron. I found out a couple of weeks later I'm pregnant again so that explains why I couldn't stomach the smell. He's in aptemel now and the smell is still there but not as strong x
Has she eaten fish? When my boy eats fish for his tea (7months old) I notice a slight scent in his wee. I called the doctors thinking he had an infection or something but it’s apparently normal if they’ve eaten fish x
