Sleep help 😩
My 8 nearly 9 month old has started waking up at night and crying until she is picked up. She won’t sleep in her own room any more and we are all exhausted from it! She will work herself up into such a state from crying! Please give me tips on how to deal with this!!

Stay strong, consider co sleeping, if she is Rolling or crawling, I would try to give her more quiet time before bed

Mines started doing this as well. She’s gone from sleeping through the night to having long wake windows from 1am. Nothing will resettle her to sleep again she just wants to sit up and play xx
