New prenatal/postnatal fitness class

Hi all, I just thought this might interest some of you. Two new classes (prenatal and postnatal) have started at the Better gym in Kentish Town. They are twice a week, free for members or very reasonably priced for non-members (close to £10). Babies are welcome and it’s very relaxed.
