For those who read this book I am curious which plan did you follow? Basic, intermediate or advanced. I have insulin resistance & I am debating between intermediate or advanced plan. Also, how many of you had a successful pregnancy after following your plans? Have you had a successful pregnancy after a miscarriage?

I dont know what the book is but ive had loads of Miscarriages and it turned out they were due to MTFHR gene mutation. Once i started taking methylated bs i fell pregnant naturally for the first time in my life and im currently 24wks. There are alot of links between mtfhr and insulin issues and fertility issues etc Might be worth looking into as a huge percentage of the population has it

Thanks lovely. They may not know much about it unfortunately. You can just order the test online and then if you have it see a naturopath for the methylated bs. Unfortunately doctors are not great with fertility issues and many many other things. But hopefully your doctor is the exception. All the best
