Am i in early labour?!
I am 38 weeks today. Just realized discharge or could be my mucus plug (lil brownish in color)
I am not sure whether to call hospital or be worried at home. I m also experiencing back ache a lot lately continuously with mints of gap.

Your mucus plug can grow back. But with the back pain I would call triage and see what they say xx
You’ll know if it’s your mucus plug, mine looked like someone had cracked an entire egg in my knickers!
Just call them, better to be safe 😊 my mucus plug was massive, like blood jelly.
Worth letting midwife know mucus plug has gone but don’t be worried as it grows back. Mine left 3 times between 36 and 39 weeks. Went into labour at 39+3 and gave birth at 39+4 xx

Only need to call hospital if waters break or when having contractions every minutes or less that last around a minute and they are regular. Also if you are concerned about babies movements. Sounds like it could be the start of early labour. Obviously if you are concerned than call the hospital x
