I put my daughter to bed around half 6 and she doesn’t have any naps anymore and even when she rarely does she still sleeps at the same time 😊x

He goes to bed around 7:30-8:30 pm depending on what we were doing that day. He wakes up around 7:30-8:30 am also. Very very rarely wakes up during the night anymore. He still takes a nap but is flexible on time. Sometime between 12-2 pm and his nap is anywhere between 1 and 2 hours long.

9pm but sometimes later, i pick my battles wisely, if she doesn’t want to sleep she will throw a tantrum & wake up the whole house😩🥲 (also she doesn’t nap)
