Nap help!!
My son has never been a good sleeper, he’s always needed a lot of help taking naps. He needs to be rocked with a bottle and sung to. He fights naps sooo hard and lately he’s been getting violent when I try to get him to nap. Any advice? Sincerely, pregnant and desperate

@Caitlin one nap; I’m not ready to have no naps 😂 he already skips it almost half the days but he’s miserable those days, clearly still super tired
Omgosh no going down to one has been a LOT of toddler in one day haha. Is it possible he’s overtired and needs a second? What’s your nap time routine? Does he sleep through the night?

Is he on one nap a day or two? My LO started fighting naps so we ended up dropping one and that worked. She just wasn’t tired enough for two anymore!
