I loved the M&S full briefs. So comfy and over the tummy so no risk of irritating the wound/scar

I wore the Frida ones for 2 weeks post surgery. After that, cotton high waist knickers.

Didn't wear disposable knickers just straight to maternity pads in maternity high waisted knickers.

I started wearing Morrisons granny pants…never looked back 😂 so comfortable!!

I loved always disposable underwear, I've found the Tesco shorts are perfect because they're higher on my tummy is use these now my bleeding has stopped
