Nappy changes?
How often is everyone doing nappy changes for their little ones? Do you do it as soon as you hear them do poo? And how often overnight? At the moment I’m doing it every time he has a feed at night, which is about every 2 to 3 hours

We do before bed then once in the night then again when wake up (if about 6ish) Immediately if pooed. During the day it’s every few hours or just before we leave to go out etc This is my second baby and our first never once got nappy rash and I never used any form of barrier cream and now they are 2.5yrs old. Their skin is so sensitive constant whipping van sometimes we just as damaging as a bit of urine on their skin for a an extra hour

I change every 2hrs And immediately if done a poo And do it straight before bed and don’t change at night as they don’t wake up till 4-5ish and then change it then when she’s full up same with my 16month old
