My little boy had a tongue tie that was missed and made him take in a tonne of air when feeding so he was gassy and uncomfortable, it also gave him a lot of tension in his jaw/neck. He was a different boy when it was released! Maybe worth a check.

I was told to get Infacol, you just do a dropper worth every time before a feed, seems to be helping so far

Gripe water worked really well for us! You can use the bottle immediately after rather than wait for infancol. But when we were desperate we used both. Plus tummy massage and warm baths. We would used to put her tummy down on our knees and go up and down feet our feet and that would provide a massage effect almost and would calm her down. X

My little boy was inconsolable for the first 11 weeks of his life, he has cmpa and reflux. They have now said they think it was just cmpa all along as he started with constant crying the day after he was born, have a little look into this too hope you are ok and baby too xx

@Amy she has got a tongue tie yes! X

Oh honestly having the tongue tie released gave us SUCH a change! You could see it in his face, his jaw moved and he suddenly released his tension and had a neck and his hands would open more, it was wild. I don't know if this is an option for you but we went privately to get it released as we found it at 8 weeks and they did it within days, gave us exercises to help his muscle tone and were available for follow up care. Happy to answer any questions if you like!
