Sneezing and shooting back pain
Anyone else got this ? My back pain is so sore in certain positions it's really low down almost my bum and back and when I sneeze it's a sharp excruciating pain and ofc i can't stop sneezing right now 🙈. When I'm lying down it's too painful to roll over unless I lift my bum off the surface and support it

Have you ever been to get seen about it kirsty ? I had it with my first and it never properly went away but now I'm realising it wasn't nearly as bad as it is again . I feel like it's a trapped nerve or slipped disc or something it's so God damn painful . I don't think the doctor will be much help 🙈. I would love it scanned to see what the issue is .
I haven’t, lots of issues stopping me from doing so in the past but I’m awful this pregnancy round too so I’m currently waiting for physio and I’d love a scan too! I had acupuncture when I was younger for it too but that didn’t help much
