Help! Sleep consultants
Has anyone tried a sleep consultant that has genuinely helped your LO sleep through? Can you recommend me to one that doesn’t just make you cry it out.
My LO is 10 months and her sleeping is awful. She wakes up 4-5 times in the night either wanting to be rocked or given the breast. I’m sooooo tired and go back to work next month so I’m really worried and need some help!
