My last ob ultrasound was at 16 weeks then I got one at 20 in Dec which should’ve been my last if I didn’t have previous issues so I got one at 32 weeks with a specialist and that’s been my last 😭
Instead of Non stress test you can request a BioPhysio which is an ultrasound to check on baby movements and stuff. You can do either NST or the bio physio but you have to ask that.
