How long do you cuddle baby for before bedtime?

Ever since we hit 18 mos, it's been regression galore! Whatever happened!? I am drained out by 9 pm and every minute is a drag. I cuddle with my toddler for 10 minutes before putting into the bedside crib. Some days are alright but on days we miss nap time, it's ultra hands on. Clingy is an understatement. How long do y'all cuddle and talk before bedtime?????
