I wish there was an easy answer. I tried the preggo pops, sour sweets, nausea bands, and nothing worked. Some people find constant but bland foods help. I instead found that really flavourful dishes helped. I ended up being prescribed Xonvea until nearly 15 weeks, and although it didn't completely irradiate the nausea and sickness, it reduced it greatly.
My best friend was lucazade original but small sips everything you could feel your tummy turning!! And bread😂
Get the Diclectin. Don't suffer! I carried around Ritz crackers and would eat a few every 30 minutes to keep the hunger and nausea at bay. Plain rice and salmon was the ideal dinner. Anything tart/sour like the preggo drop candies are super helpful as well. Good luck! Do not miss that phase hahaa
@Charlotte its mostly nausea that’s killing me off, id definitely prefer being sick 😂 with my son i was just being sick and other than that i felt perfectly fine but this time im constantly feeling iffy Thank you im unsure if its bad enough for anything being prescribed
@Lorna thats not a bad idea tbh, its constantly turning but not being sick its just a cycle where i just feel nauseous but the nausea is so much worse than just being sick atleast i felt better after being sick 😂
Not much helped me unfortunately apart from if I fancied a specific meal I had it. I was always wanting sausage chips and gravy from the chip shop and I lived off it for first couple of weeks due to it being the only thing I could stomach. Aside from this, salt and vinegar crisps helped slightly. Annoyingly now I can’t eat either of those and my baby is 5 months old but it just reminds me of a tough time 🤣
@Rheo with my son i used to crave cereal but he hated the milk and would reject it ive only just eaten cereal the other week and hes 3 in june 😂
@Molly do you need to be suffering alot to be prescribed anything? Its so much worse this time around 😂😂 i stupidly thought it would be the same as my first, ive been humbled massively 😂
@Lauren probably depends on where you live! I just asked my midwives and they sent a prescription immediately.
@Lauren it’s soo strange how it still affects us isn’t it! I’ve only just started wearing my perfume again that i stopped wearing around 12 weeks Pregnant as it made me nauseous 🤣
High protein, never getting hungry, fizzy water, sucking on sweets, deep breathing, trying to not get overtired x
Ginger chews and ginger lozenges from Walmart.
With my first Ginger anything. I would drink ginger lemon tea every morning (my husband would make it for me) and I'd take a tumbler with an infuser filled with ginger and keep refilling the hot water during the day. Ginger ale in the afternoon. Morning all I ate was crackers and hummus. I also asked work if could change my start time because driving in traffic didn't help. Singing along to the radio helped me avoid vomiting in the car. I didn't know about meds that could help until my second pregnancy, so I suffered until well into my second trimester. My second Avoided fish as much as possible
Sipping on ice cold water helps my nausea a little but my nausea is really mild

Polo mints, salty peanuts and ice cold water.
Mint gum
If you're really struggling then speak to your local early pregnancy unit and see if you would be eligible for medication x
Have you tried vitamin b6 yet? (PILLS not gummies!!!) that helped me at the beginning! That and exercise. Eventually nausea became too much, even for medications, but I did receive two different prescriptions to try to help. There are different options by trimester and I highly encourage you to share with your doctor if you’ve tried other options to no avail.
Ginger biscuits always helped me
I did dry foods every hour or so
