@Louise it’s exhausting! I’m sure we will both get it done with plenty of time but the prospect of it all is very daunting
Same! Very overwhelmed. I've put an affirmation in mirror markers on my mirror that says 'there is plenty of time to get ready for this baby' to remind myself it's going to be ok. Plus I've made a tick sheet of things I'm meant to be doing every day and from when for the last bit of pregnancy like raspberry leaf tea and pelvic floor exercises. I don't get everything ticked off but I was getting myself confused when everything was meant to start
Could have wrote this myself! With my first everything was done by now, but we didn’t use most of the stuff that was ready so I’m trying to take some pressure off myself that way! My 2.5 year old is in a really tough cycle at the minute, everything is a battle with him and that’s taking its toll too 😫🤦🏻♀️
@Zoe I think I need to start making a tick list
@Shannon I’m right with you with the difficult stage. My little boy has decided naps aren’t a thing any more but then is far too tired to make it through the whole day so ends up being a gremlin
It’s hard isn’t it! We moved my boy into a bed so for nap time we have to sit with him till he’s asleep because he’s currently waking up at 5am so come 11am he’s already tired and think that’s where his awful new mood has come from 😫
Sounds identical to us! Baby hasn’t even got a bed yet 🤣 feeling like an awful mum having so many lazy days but I am knackered!! I keep thinking I should start reading up on things like hypnobirthing and making a birth plan but it’s all at the back of my mind & feeling like we have ageeees to go when we really don’t 🥲
