How often are you changing nappy if out and about specifically the whole day?

Same 2-3 hours
A wet nappy is dirty.
I usually change after a feed which is every 2-3 hours .. not as much as night time if she’s sound asleep after feeds and only pee’d.
After a feed so typically every 2.5-3hrs but maybe sooner if there are nice facilities 😅 can't waste those!
As soon as I notice, wee or poo. I give his nappy a squeeze every now and then to check. If it’s dirty I change him asap usually in the bassinet.
