Hi what bottles does everyone use as we using mam and they are making him sick a lot

What teat size are you using? 0 worked well for us
Used mam with no problems but had to keep him on teat size 0 for months as allergy milk is so thin x
I’m using size 0 and it’s still chocking even with the milk thicker and if I add more of it nothing comes out I tried to up a size but made it worse
